Leave management. What is approved appears at once in the monthly sheet and in the leave account. Weekends and public holidays cost no leave day, and blocked periods can be set for stocktaking or peak season.

BuVer can run entirely within your own IT environment. That keeps your data and your infrastructure in your hands.
No mandatory dependency on an external cloud. The map services for the vehicle logbook can run on your own servers as well – then not even an address leaves your network.
Updates come from within the application. The platform admin reads what is new, downloads the update and installs it at the press of a button. The database is backed up first and the new version is rehearsed against that backup; if the rehearsal fails, the running version stays. Every package is signed.
Security and traceability
Administrative data has to be protected reliably and processed traceably. BuVer offers, among other things:
- Role-based access rights – everyone sees what they may; what they may not is not offered in the first place.
- Two-factor authentication – for accounts BuVer keeps itself.
- Passkey support – signing in without a password.
- Microsoft Entra ID – signing in with your existing company account.
- Roles from the directory – if you wish, you assign roles and modules directly in Microsoft Entra; BuVer takes them over at sign-in.
- Change log – every write action, with before and after.
- Four-eyes principle – a month is approved by someone else; nobody approves their own, not even an admin.
- Automatic backups – daily, database and receipts, outside the application.
- Retention periods – entries and journeys are kept for seven years from year end and deleted afterwards; departed users are anonymised.
- Multi-tenant data – each organisation with its own users, roles, data and logo.
- Built-in manuals – one per module, written for the people who use it.

What has been added recently. The full release notes are inside the application, filtered by your modules.
- Cost centres and accounts – A site can have any number of cost centres: the cost type says what an expense is, the cost centre says where it arises. The chart of accounts translates both into the account numbers of your accounting software – per cost type, optionally by cost centre, tax rate or an amount threshold.
- Reports and exports – The totals report summarises a period by cost type, cost centre or account; an account check shows beforehand what has no account yet. Cost types, cost centres, accounts and their entries can be exported as CSV, optionally for a date range.
- Public holidays for all of Europe – Fixed dates, an offset from Easter – Orthodox Easter too –, weekday rules and substitute days when a holiday falls on a weekend. Plus working days: a Saturday that counts by decree.
- Notifications by e-mail – Via your organisation's own mail server, checked beforehand with a test message; each user switches them on in their profile.
- Absences that need approval – Time off in lieu, training or carer's leave are requested like holidays and approved by the supervisor; a tick on the booking type decides.
- The organisation's language – Bulgarian is now available alongside German: interface, messages, exports and manuals appear in the language the administration chooses.
- Cash count – The head cashier counts a site's cash by banknotes and coins; the application adds it up and sets it against the cash balance, with the difference shown.
- Working time as PDF – Monthly sheet and annual overview for printing, with your organisation's name and logo – the same calculation as the CSV next to it.
